Elmi Filkins Sportsmanship Award: MCHC is proud to announce the 2018 winner of our annual Elmi Filkins Sportsmanship Award: Teresa Jezek! We really appreciated all her help this past weekend. She arrived early and worked the entire show in the registration booth, keeping track of all the class participants, handing out prizes, and managing our raffles. It was quite a whirlwind. Tess also made sure that her club, Manes and Tails 4-H Club, was available throughout the weekend to help with ribbons and gates.

Sally's Ride Weekend, Sept. 21-22, 2018

Riders getting ready for Sally’s Ride, Saturday September 22. They picked from a 5 or 10 mile ride. All proceeds went into the Sally’s Fund to promote education and protection of equines. Forty-six riders participated in the event.
