Marquette County Horse Club's Annual 
UPHA sanctioned horse show


Friday June 9, Saturday, June 10 & Sunday, June 11
**Speed will be held Friday starting at 6:00PM and Saturday after Performance classes **


Saturday Judge: Joy Ratkowski; Sunday Judge: Jen Kvalheim

NEW THIS YEAR. Guided Trail Rides. 
Saturday: 11 a.m. & 3 p.m., Sunday: 11 a.m.; Donation: $1; Duration: About 1 hour

ALL SHOW TRAFFIC MUST USE THE BACK GATE (GATE #3). There is a wedding using the front entrance and fairgrounds.

Registration:
Registration Hours: Friday 4-8 p.m.,
EARLY REGISTRATION BONUS: Register for your Saturday classes by Friday Evening and receive 2 free raffle tickets for our apron raffle. Scratches will be allowed for those that sign up in advance. If you pay ahead of time, we will reimburse you for the scratched classes.

Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 a.m.-close. 
PLEASE have your horses' UPHA numbers.
Don't use last year's UPHA forms! There have been significant changes to the classes and class order!

There are only a few stalls left in the outside barns.

50 bags of shavings available ($5 per bag) CASH paid directly to Lisa Pellegrini. 
Stall cleaning is provided by MCHC.
Concessions by: Marquette County Horse Club (located by the chicken barn)
Camping (allowed only in the south end or behind the chicken barn): Electric: $20 for one night, $30 for weekend; Nonelectric: $10 for one night, $20 for weekend

All horses coming for the day need to park their trailers at the top of the south east pasture.

2017 Juvenile, Junior, Senior Top Exhibitor Award: 
​
WIN A COOLER with "MCHC Highpoint" embroidery.


​The winner (from each age category) will be decided based on who signs up for the most classes during the weekend (earn 1 point for each class entered). Gain an additional 3 points for having a stall for weekend and 3 points for volunteering for 30 minutes at the show (i.e., helping with ribbons, setting-up speed, setting-up trail).
Current MCHC members receive an additional 3 points. Any ties will be broken by the number of 1st place finishes then 2nd place finishes etc.


​Elmi Filkins Sportsmanship Award: This will be awarded to the person who gets the most votes for helping out at the show throughout the weekend. The winner does not need to be a person that shows.
