Tack Check in: 9 AM - 10:30AM
Reassure prospective buyers by thoroughly cleaning your sale items!

Sale Open to Public: 11 AM - 1 PM

Baked Goods for sale from NMU PreVeterinary Club
Vendors include Paint Pony Studios Breyer Model Horses
Drinks, Snacks, Hot Dogs and Mini Pasties at MCHC Concession Stand
(Thank you to Lawry's Pasty Shop of Marquette for the YUMMY donation!)
Everything must be brought in by 10:30 AM.
Cash-out time for items sold will not begin until 1:15 PM. No Early Cash-outs!!
**$1.00 Entry at the door**
**10% commission goes to the club on any items sold**
There is a minimum charge of $1.00 on every item that you have to sell.
**If you're bringing a saddle to sell, please bring your own saddle rack.**

***Please fill out the MCHC Tack Sale Sheet before you come in order to
make checking in as quick and efficient as possible.***
*We ask that you number code your items to go along with your tack sheet.*
For example: On your tack sale sheet #1 Green Nylon Halter (price) (OBO). Do not list your item as OBO if your price is firm. Write this information on the tag that you place on the halter. #1 Green Nylon Halter (price). We do have spare tags available at the tack sale if you need them.
Include sizes: Clothing - Waist, inseam, etc.
Equipment - horse, cob, pony, etc.
Blanket, bits, cinches & girths - inches
Sizes help to answer buyer's questions and make the sale for you!
MCHC will not accept items hand written on a notebook sheet. Please use one of our tack sale sheets.

Bring it to us to sell! Our horse club only takes 10% commission and you have a cleaner, more organized barn! ***MCHC members and volunteers are not responsible for lost or stolen items. You are consigning items at your own risk but we assure you that we will take every precaution to keep your items safe and saleable. Any items that may have recently come in contact with a communicable disease may NOT be sold at the tack sale. **** |

This quilt and matching pillowcases made by Kathy Solka will be raffled off at the tack sale.

There will also be a Muck Bucket Raffle! Three buckets will be packed full and be raffled off during the tack sale.
